Immaculate Conception Church in Irwin, Pennsylvania, is seeking the community's help to identify two teenagers accused of interfering with their organ and sound system.
According to the church's Facebook post, "the teens entered the building at 5:45 p.m. on Friday, 3 May." This incident resulted in the organ being unavailable for two First Holy Communion services on the following Saturday, significantly affecting the parish's celebration.
The church expressed its concern, stating, “It was an important sacramental day for our parish, and the children and their families were affected by the actions of the two teenagers. All churches are sacred places which should be treated with respect.”
In response to this act, the church has appealed to the public for assistance in identifying the individuals involved. "Once they are identified, the information will be handed over to Irwin police," they announced.
